Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received. Customers will receive a booking confirmation via email or message with the details of the tour.
Payment Policy
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date as specified during booking.
- Payments can be made through approved payment methods provided by the company.
Journey Information
1. Estimated travel time is approximately 14 hours, subject to traffic conditions, border procedures, and operational requirements.
2. During the journey there will be few restroom stops
3. Passengers are advised to bring their own snacks, water, medication, and personal essentials for the duration of the journey.

Most border transport tickets do not include:
- Visa fees

- Extra luggage fees

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 3 days before the tour date may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the tour may incur cancellation charges or be non-refundable.
- No-shows on the day of the tour will not be eligible for refunds.
Changes and Amendments
Customers may request changes to their booking (such as date or number of participants), subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on the change.
Company Cancellation or Changes
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participants, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative tour, rescheduling, or a refund.
Travel Documents and Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents such as passports, visas, or permits where required.
Liability
The company acts only as an organizer of travel services and is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, delays, or accidents caused by third parties, natural events, or circumstances beyond its control.
Health and Safety
Participants must follow the instructions of guides and staff during the tour. Customers should inform the company in advance of any medical conditions that may affect participation.
Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended for all participants to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and travel disruptions.
10. Customer Conduct
The company reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or illegal. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
