As you travel over the sand dunes, you will get an unequalled view of the desert and, if you listen closely, you can hear the sands shift as you descend down the slopes. A lunch and swim in the warm inland sea will nicely top off your adventure before you make the journey back to the city. Be sure to bring swimsuit, sunscreen, and don´t forget your camera
There are only two countries in the world where the dune meets the ocean, one in Qatar and the other in Namibia. A trip to the inland sea, in the middle of the desert, is a splendid way to spend the day. All tours are custom designed to your timeframe, needs and budget. The desert safari is probably one of the most unusual tours where you will discover some unforgettable landscapes of the mysterious desert. Desert safari is undertaken in an adequately equipped 4 WD vehicles by talented Qatari guides.

We depart from Doha in 4 x 4 wheel drives with highly skilled Qatari drivers. You drive on the tarmac road up to Mesaeed where you drive off road to deflate the tyres. Once inside the desert the drivers make you experience the real thrill of Dune bashing. The drives down the giant dunes provide a thrill that you will never forget and will only want more. In between there will be three photo stops at the most scenic points in the desert. The final destination in the desert is the Inland sea which is an amazing sight with desert on one side leading to the sea and in the horizon you can see the coast of Saudi Arabia which has a completely different landscape. After a brief stop for Arabic coffee and dates, you drive back through the desert to Doha. En route you stop to inflate the tyres at a local workshop/ gas station. (A quick swim could be arranged as per the timing available)

The following activities are included Overnight Desert Safari
We need a minimum of 3 people to avail this under the stars experience; this includes everything there is in the evening safari as this is an extension to it. Once everyone has left from the camp you will be left under the stars to experience a night in the desert.

- Pick up by 4x4 wheel Drive from any point in Doha between 14:30 to 1500 p.m.

Showers and toilets (modern and clean) are available onsite for overnight guests. The following day fresh breakfast will be served before driving back to Doha. The campsite in the desert which leads to the sea you can go for swim at anytime. All our camps are equipped with Bedouin – style tents carpeted with traditional seating.
Private Desert Safari
Want to make your safari very special, hire the complete car exclusively for you, you can have the complete car and don't have to mix with other guest at the camp. This is perfect for couples and friends who want to have a blast at the safari.
This is also advisable for people who cant handle the dune bashing but don't want to miss out on the fun, they can hire the complete car and the driver can take it easy over the dunes. Our cars can take up to 6 people
You can hire a complete car for any of our safaris, morning safari, evening safari or overnight safari. This will include the pick and drop from your hotel/house from anywhere in Doha
All our cars are 4x4 land cruisers and are fully insured, plus they are fitted with roll cage to avoid damage to the roof in case of a roll over. Also all our drivers are trained guides and are also trained in first aid in case of any
emergency.
